I have lived in Ocala, Florida, since 1991 and began in Real Estate as an investor, so I came to the job with a different angle than many. Having been in Health Care sales for 15 years before becoming a REALTOR also supplied me with a unique sales background. Education is very important to me. I received my BA and MBA from St. Leo University and have applied my sales experience and education to my real estate career. I have lived in the SE Ocala for many years and have been involved in the renovation of over 25 homes. I enjoy going to the beach, sailing, keeping fit, socializing with friends, and enjoying Ocala's art community.

I’ve lived in multiple locations throughout the country and returned to Ocala in 2009, bringing with me resources, ideas, and connections. When you add to the mix the five historic home renovations that I have completed it’s like putting together a puzzle that provides a significant edge in the real estate industry. The completed image often results from having a keen eye for the details.
I work hard, and I like to strategize in advance with my sellers to properly position their home in the marketplace. Sometimes it means identifying maintenance issues that may create challenges for a buyer to secure insurance or a loan. I love interior staging, paring down to the essentials, looking for the best angles, and determining the best features to highlight. The details are often what makes the difference.
As a former commercial real estate attorney, my attention to detail and negotiating skills make buying and selling a home stress-free and enjoyable. Whether I'm guiding a buyer by purchasing their first home or marketing a unique historic or waterfront property, I work with my clients to develop an individual game plan to achieve their goals. Maintaining communication from the first phone call to beyond the closing, I ensure my clients are well informed and ready to make the best decisions every step of the way.
Most of all, I love what I do. Laura Ingalls Wilder wrote, "Home is the nicest word there is." I agree. That's why buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions we make. It's my great pleasure to make this process smooth and successful for my clients.
