Richard Schleicher

Richard Schleicher, our Founding Broker, has lived in Ocala, Florida since 1991. Rich began in real estate originally as an investor and started his real estate career with a different angle than many. Having been in Health Care sales for 15 years before becoming a realtor also supplied him with a unique sales background. A believer in the importance of Education drove Rich to receive his BA and MBA from St. Leo University and he applied his sales experience and education to his real estate career. Additionally, Rich has completed the renovation of over 25 homes. His is knowledge of historic homes and resource list of excellent tradespeople in the community has been a huge asset to customers and Sales Associates that he has mentored. In 2008 Rich opened It’s All About You…Real Estate, LLC. Rich and the brokerage quickly became known as the go-to brokerage for historic homes and unique properties throughout the Ocala / Marion County area.

Today you can find Rich pursuing a second career as an artist. He has studied landscape painting at the Cape School of Art in Provincetown, MA during summers for many years and has participated in multiple successful exhibits of his work.
